Hi guys! Judy Beers is here! Today is 25th April of 2022 and today is last 40th day of our GBP challenge

and this is amazing absolutely! And you know I met so many different stages on this period

and about it I will do another one video where I will explain everything from zero until the end

until the 40th day. So today I'm going to do easier training because of I have still women's

days. Let's do it together right now! Okay our first exercise Cat-Cow movement. For this we stand on our
